las puertas son lo mejor pero la persona que me atendió no mucho lo llamaba y no contestaba y cuando me contestó no me gustó como me habló y después que me entregaron la puerta me llamó para que cambiara mi comentario. creo que algo de tanta calidad como esas puertas deben tener la instalación también y ese servicio a mi me dijeron que no la instalan

I bought 3 doors from David, at the Farmingdale store. I must say I love these doors, and it’s of good quality materials. I am ordering 3 more doors?. David provided me with excellent sales service, assuring I provided him with exact door details so that there won’t be any mistakes with the order. After I received delivery, I needed help with installing the doors, he recommended one of his team which he did a professional installation for a reasonable price. Excellent service all around. I have another door sales company near me in Middle Village, however the service there sucked! It paid me driving 35 min for great service.

We are so happy that we stumbled upon Brooklyn Doors in Farmingdale. We had gone to several other window retailers including WindowRama to get an education on door types, pricing, styles, installation etc. No one was more helpful or informative than David the Manager of Bklyn Doors. He helped us choose doors based on our needs and budget. They have a beautiful well stocked showroom. The selection was better than any of the other places that we had been to. We ordered two exterior doors and a really beautiful set of 9' sliding closet doors. The pricing was very fair. The doors arrived completely free of damages. Installation was done without any drama. I suggest using their highly experienced installers. They were meticulous. We are thrilled with the entire experience from start to finish.

Didn't want to order a door online so I decided to go with a "local" company. I paid them to come out and do the measurements (which they charged me for) and they gave me the impression that they do the installation as well then it turned out I had to hire a different company. They got me a quote from the door installation company that went up once I scheduled the installation. The door was supposed to have a transom. The door and the transom both came in but didn't fit the opening with the transom. The installation company claimed the installation cost more because of the transom but didn't adjust the price once it didn't have to be installed. Only the doors fit so I did have them installed. Called David and asked for a credit for the transom that was ordered and was told they would send a check. It's 6 months later and no check.
So basically, I did not get the door I ordered and paid for a transom that couldn't be installed.
I would not recommend this company at all, the whole experience felt like I was being ripped off.
