This place was new for me and I love to try new stuff. The service was polite and the food was quickly prepared. We tried one vegetarian inari with mushroom and one with chicken. Both were very tasty, I was just missing something crunchy in the inari (but I guess that is maybe not the idea). If you are in the Markthalle, give them a try! Will come back for the drinks because they seemed to be even more popular.

Way too overhyped. We got there 10min before their closing time (4pm on Sat) and the queue still very long. Since it‘s late, all of the inari was sold out. We tried the banana bread matcha latte and thai tea matcha latte. To be honest it‘s nothing special, the banana bread pudding syrup was way too artificial. The thai matcha latte doesnt smell or taste anything like thai tea. The matcha is overall not smelling like matcha. I think with that price I can get better matcha at other place around FFM.

I went to Inari because of the hype. But was disappointed. There were a lot of staffs but the service was still so slow. Some were chatting. The matcha, falls low of my expectation. it tastes like watered down by milk. Really no matcha taste. If you ordered the yuzu matcha, can taste the matcha better. There are so many other coffee places that serves better matcha than this store and at nice ambiance where you can sit and sip your matcha. This store is inside the market. So no sitting place. It is expensive for what it is!

I visited this place twice and tried the Banana Pudding Matcha Latte, Banana Bread Matcha Latte, and Coconut Pudding Matcha Latte. The Banana Pudding Matcha Latte costs €10, while the other matcha latte flavors are around €6.5–€8 depending on the size. The flavor has a creamy, nutty milk taste, and as someone who loves banana pudding, I found it worth trying. But considering the price, I wouldn’t get the other matcha flavors again. The inari sushi was around €5.2–€5.5, and it was actually really tasty!!!

I just got myself the latest hype in Frankfurt, namely the banana bread matcha and the Inari. I have to say, these pieces were a bit heavy to eat, but super tasty and the queue was totally worth it. I really like the fact that the owner prepares the matcha for you and it really tastes as good as it looks on TikTok. I'm really glad I came here, even if I had to queue a bit, but I don't think it took more than 20 minutes. I walked straight here from the station so that I could have my lunch on time and the best thing was that I made a really nice acquaintance in the queue and got the best vacation tip. I think it would be great if the team could add the restaurant next to you so that they have more space and can hire more staff to make the whole thing run even more smoothly when it comes to ordering. I think it's extremely charming that you can look into the kitchen and see how your food or matcha is made. I wish the owner the best and hope that she builds up a small matcha empire throughout Germany, because she definitely has the bite for it. And I would be delighted if someone came to Bonn. Keep up the good work 💜

Inari-san is a hidden gem in Kleinmarkthalle and a delightful surprise. Their specialty, inari, features a pocket of fried tofu filled with seasoned sushi-style rice and topped with your choice of protein or vegetables. I tried a box of three: spicy salmon, bulgogi beef, and sweet corn—the spicy salmon was definitely my favorite. They also offer matcha and hojicha drinks, which seemed just as popular as the inari. Despite the long line, service was efficient and moved quickly. Well worth the wait!

The inari with various toppings was truly delicious — each bite offered a unique flavor, and the rice was perfectly seasoned and full of taste. However, be prepared for a long wait of over 30 minutes during peak hours, and the prices are on the higher side. Still, it’s a worthwhile treat if you’re in the mood for something special.
