I’m very pleased with the taste of the food because it wasn’t too salty, and I appreciate that a lot! The pickled radish and salad was very good, though I wish the plant based bibimbap and bibim-japchae came with more vegetables and greens. I think perhaps they ran out of spinach, which is fine, but I’d appreciate more transparency in the communication. Since vegetables is quite important here. However, big plus for low salt food! +++++ And for plant based orders, it would be kind to add an extra something, since we often take away another ingredient, like eggs. Then a substitute like spinach/carrot/onion/mushroom is very much appreciated! Nevertheless, staff is lovely and kind. And since it’s a busy place it can take a while, but it’s worth to wait a bit for good food. You can always enjoy the beautiful interior while you wait!

I have not had much Korean food before so San was a new experience for me. We started off with an order of the scallion pancakes which were excellent. Crispy on the inside with a softer texture on the inside. The beef bulgogi entree was very flavorful but felt like it was missing something. My friend got the beef bulgogi that was in a soup and that was better. The meals also come with a plate of sides that seemed a bit odd and out of place, but everything was tasty on the plate. Very friendly service.

The food was very delicious and the prices were similar to every other restaurant. The menu options were varied and the decoration was lovely. However, we had to wait for a really long time before being served what we had ordered.

The waiters are very friendly and attentive. The portion is big and price for me was okay in Weimar. The food can be less salty.

If you are interested in Korean culture and food, I would like to recommend you to visit SAN-!! You’ll do not regret your choice. As a Korean, I visited here several times, and every time I was satisfied with the food and great services.

It’s good to know that you can find real spice Kimchi Korean style food 🥘 in the middle of Germany…. Great taste and good spice made with passion form Koreans Street Food… Well done 👍

The server was really nice and kind. But I think the food was lil bit expensive.
