Had a great experience of opening a student account here at Santander! The process was super smooth, and I received most of the bank-related documents by post within 3-4 days. Mr. Elias Kade was helpful throughout the whole process and responds fairly quickly to my email queries. I highly recommend him as an advisor.

Great service, easy procedures and hassle free management. Definitely recommend Santander to expats and new students. It was a very easy and quick process for me to open an account in Santander Bank. It’s easy to handle the account via phone and online banking as well. Their support team is quite good if you ever encounter with any problem and if online support didn’t work in some cases then Mr. Elias Kade has been tremendously helpful to me. He is very kind person and best thing he speaks English which has saved me 😀. It wouldn’t have been possible if Mr. Kade had not been there so I would definitely recommend him as a good advisor all time.

Today, I went to Santander for loan application. I got a great service from Santander. It is worth to mention Mr. Elias Kade who speak English and helped me to get loan approval. It was complicated procedure since I am a foreigner who work with short contract. I can't believe that he spent his time since 11 am over lunch time to contact other persons about my case, and my application was finally approved. I highly appreciate for your time, patient, and your assistance. Thank Santander and especially Mr. Kade.
